**Schedule Updates**

I'm a very busy woman and opportunist. I have a very physical job, lifestyle and a condition called "wanderlust" which I must feed often. I need my time off to rest & recover so I can provide my clients with the best work possible. I like to travel, take continuing education classes, and volunteer at animal sanctuaries. My schedule does require some tweaking from time to time; please check this page for up-to-date schedule adjustments.​

The high volume of telemarketing/scam calls I experience has caused me to screen calls if I don't know the number.

Please allow 24-48 hours for a voice mail return during the work-week.

I can reply to text messages faster. I often delay replies to business calls & texts during my weekend (Sun-Tues) until my workweek (Wed-Sat).

I do not respond to text messages during appointments; so please respect the breaks in communication.

If you contact me during scheduled time off (especially during a time of extended leave), it will take me longer to get your message returned.

*** I usually take refuge in nature so I am often unreachable during times of leave but rest assure, I will get back to you.
